Please note the following conditions:

Purchasing a day or evening ticket entitles you to a single entry to the Bergbad for the time period you selected during the ordering process. Once you leave the pool, the ticket becomes invalid.

Tickets can be purchased up to one week in advance. A maximum of 10 tickets per person can be purchased per transaction. Resale, especially via online platforms, is prohibited.

If no more day tickets are available in the online shop, remaining tickets may still be available on-site at the ticket machine. The ticket counter shows how many free spots remain.

Discounts apply to seniors, apprentices, students, school pupils, military service members, and persons with a disability of 50% or more. Tickets in the “Discounted” category are only valid when presenting appropriate proof (e.g., apprentice ID, student ID, disability pass, etc.).

The Bergbad staff reserves the right to carry out random checks to verify ticket validity. Proof must be shown upon request. Violations will be penalized.

After payment, tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled. Refunds are excluded in cases of non-use, illness, or bad weather.

In case of bad weather, the pool may close early. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for already purchased day or evening tickets.

Compliance with the pool regulations is required.
