General terms and conditions for booking tickets and other services on the Internet.

These general conditions apply between the seller as the provider and the person who, either themselves or through others, makes a booking on the provider's website or via the online partners associated with the seller. The conditions apply to tickets.

1. Responsibility of the purchaser
Before placing the final order, the purchaser must read and familiarize themselves with the important information about the product. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the purchase corresponds to their own wishes. They are also responsible for ensuring that the information on the confirmation (sent only by email) matches the order.

You can also register and log in via social login (Facebook and Google). If you register via Facebook or Google, you can use your account with these credentials.
You can change your personal data at any time by logging into “My Page”.

2. Ticket Bergbad

The ticket can be downloaded to your smartphone (for offline use) and used directly at the turnstile.

3. Processing of your order
After successful online payment, you will receive a receipt by email. The receipt contains all details of your purchase and can also be brought to the Bergbad.

The order is not completed and not valid in the following cases:
The purchaser has not received an email with acknowledgment of receipt and a confirmation/reference number.
The online payment was interrupted for various reasons and the payment failed.
The payment is incorrect or incomplete, so the amount is not debited from the account.
In this case, the temporary reservation will be canceled after a short time and the purchase is invalid.

4. Payment
We use a payment solution from hobex. Third parties do not have access to your personal data or your credit card number. hobex uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) when transmitting personal data. SSL creates a secure (encrypted) connection between your computer and hobex. In this way, information is transmitted securely without unauthorized parties being able to access it.

5. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing tickets on the Internet, there is no right of cancellation or refund, with reference to §22 letter m) of the law. After payment for the ticket, buyback, exchange, or cancellation is excluded. Refunds in cases of non-use, illness, or bad weather are excluded. In case of bad weather, early closure of the bath is also possible. In this case, no refund will be made for already purchased day or evening tickets. Compliance with the pool regulations is required.
